Reservation
Information |

Hotel reservation using the Registration Form must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee. The reservation will not be confirmed unless the credit card guarantee is received. The credit card guarantee will be forwarded to the hotel and credited towards the delegate's hotel account. Rooms not taken up on the arrival date given will be released for resale and the the credit card charged for the equivalent of one night. |

| Check-in time is after 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. |

Confirmation
Booking |
| Upon receipt of the hotel reservation form and the appropriate hotel deposit, a hotel confirmation will be sent to you, indicating your reservation number. Any change to a reservation must be made to the Congress Secretariat and NOT directly to the hotel. |

Cancellation |

| In the event of a cancellation of a hotel reservation in writing before March 15, 2006, the credit card will not be charged. However, after this date, the credit card will be charged for the equivalent of one night. |
