The 2010 ACI Phils. Annual Convention will be held at Shangri-La’s Boracay Resort and Spa on April 23-25, 2010. The following are the convention guidelines:
I. RESORT ACCOMMODATIONS
1. Convention delegates and guests will be billeted at various resorts in the island, during the period. Resort and room assignments and meal stubs will be given out upon arrival/registration.
2. Meals will be served only to certified meal stub holders. Please bring your meal stubs at all times to avoid embarrassment. Saturday and Sunday Breakfasts will be served at the resort the delegate/guest resides in.
3. Orders for food and drinks outside of regular meals and any other incidental personal charges will be for the account of the delegate. These MUST be settled in cash or in acceptable credit cards upon checkout. In the case of twin-sharing and triple-sharing rooms, the last person to checkout will be responsible for the settlement of his/her room’s account.
4. Check-out time is at 12:00 Noon.
II. DEPARTURE/ARRIVAL
1. Please be at the airport at least two (2) hours before the scheduled departure time. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE HEAVY TRAFFIC ENROUTE TO THE AIRPORT.
2. PAL passengers (kalibo) should proceed to the Cent airport terminal 2. Those taking PAL Express/Air Phils. and Cebu Pacific (caticlan) should proceed to NAIA terminal 3. Sea Air is at the terminal 1 of the old domestic airport.
3. Please be ready with your airport terminal fee (Php 200.00). This will be for the passenger’s own account.
4. Land and sea transfers are included in the package.
5. Upon arrival at the Kalibo/Caticlan airport and jettyport, be ready with small bills if you will require the service of porters. This will be for the delegate’s account.
6. Kindly secure all electronic equipment such as video cameras, cellular phones, digital
cameras and laptop computers during boat transfers. We suggest that these be
wrapped in plastic before boarding the boats.
III. HOTEL AMENITIES
The following have been extended to all official delegates and guests:
- Complimentary drink upon arrival
- Complimentary use of swimming pools
- Complimentary shuttle to D’Mall on scheduled trips (first come-first served basis) (Shangri-La)
- Complimentary coffee and tea making facility in each guest room with sachets provided and replenished daily.
- Two (2) complimentary bottles of mineral water in all guest rooms, replenished daily. Water served at the restaurant outlets is potable.
IV. FELLOWSHIP ACTIVITIES
The Brokers’ Night will be held on Friday, 23 April 2010, from 9:00 P.M. to 11:30 P.M. while the Fun Night is scheduled on Saturday, 24 April 2010. Respective venues to be announced.

Attached is the Year 2010 Convention Schedule for your guidance. The dress code for the Friday Business Session and Convention Proper is SMART CASUAL.
