The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has issued Circular Letter No. CL-2010-013, informing financial institutions supervised by BSP of the development of “The Code of Ethics Governing Financial Market Activities in the Philippines” (Code) by the Money Market Association of the Philippines (MART).
